DAISO MAT
Features
- The reason of imbalance comes from imbalance of platen (diecut) and height of cutting rules.
- DAISO MAT keeps balance well to absorb over pressure to cutting rule, NOT make uncut blade cut well. You can reduce patch up tape and machine down time so much.
- DAISO MAT shall be installed between a dieboard and ‘chase’ of diecutting machine.
- DAISO MAT reduces ‘makeready‘ time dramatically as well as protecting cutting blades.
- For the chase sizes of 1600 / 2000, you can use 2 sheets of 1060 size DAISO MAT.
- Modification on DAISO MAT may be charged.
