Requirements

  • High school graduate or above
  • No experience required, experienced candidates preferred
  • Holders of relevant qualifications may receive preference

Employment Type

Full-time employee (with probationary period)

Sample Salary

Mid-career hire at age 30: ¥238,000+ monthly (Base ¥223,000 / Cost-of-living allowance ¥15,000). Higher based on age, tenure, and qualifications.

Raises / Bonuses

  • Raises: Once per year (July)
  • Bonuses: Twice per year (June and December)

Commuting / Overtime / Cost-of-living / Family, etc.

Holidays

Annual holidays: 105 days. Every other Saturday, Sundays, year-end/New Year, summer holidays, Golden Week, etc. (per company calendar). Annual paid leave granted from 6 months after hire (initial 10 days, max 20 days, carryover up to 40 days).

Working Hours

Mon-Fri and every other Saturday / 8:30–17:45 (8 actual working hours)

Retirement Age

60 (Re-employment system available, up to age 65)
